Are you keeping your debtors up to date and managing cash flow for your business?

A Simple Excercise

Once a week go through your debtors and see who still has an account outstanding (depending of course what their terms of payment are. ie COD, weekly, monthly 60 days etc.)

If there are overdue accounts, send your clients a friendly email requesting their accounts be settled.
